The reverse carries a substantial Tibetan colophon together with ritual Rañjanā\/Lantsa inscriptions positioned behind principal figures.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eAttribution\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe combined evidence of lineage, inscriptions, composition and painting style supports an attribution to the early Ngor tradition in the second half of the 15th century. The dating remains an art-historical attribution rather than an inscribed date.\u003c\/p\u003e\u003ch2\u003eCondition\u003c\/h2\u003e\u003cp\u003eThe original brocade mounting is no longer present.
